 We have total 30 Engineers, that including 20 mold designers familar international standards ( HASCO, DME ,etc) and keep good teamwork to provide excellent mold design and manufacturing solutions.
Each projects must start at well understanding of customer specs and expections.
Everytime at project beginning , the designers will carefully review the part models and Perform DFM (Design For Manufacturability) analysis for how to optimize the part design with tool friendly and part quality.
In order to save time for both sides, always we prefer our designers optimize the part to perfect and send back to customer for approve ,with detailed report showing which areas have been modified.
